Penlon Cottage Trading Limited was formed in 2006 after its founders Penny & Stefan Samociuk realised their hobby of producing great real ale had a ready market. Penlon Cottage Brewery was started from their farmhouse kitchen on their small holding  at Llanarth in the coastal region of Ceredigion, West Wales.

Penlon Cottage farmhouse beers first appeared in local organic and whole food stores in December 2005. Penny & Stefan's commitment to producing a quality product has gained them no less than 7 Wales' True Taste awards (2 Gold's). The range is now widely available in all the best delicatessens, farm shops, boutique hotels and restaurants throughout Wales. There are now 12 different beers available which include ales, stouts and a lager.

All our beers are bottle conditioned, unfiltered, produced without the use of process chemicals and vegetarian friendly. Where possible, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
